EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST NO. 07-049
ARTIST FIRST

The City of Victoria is requesting Expressions of Interest from artists who are
interested in participating in the Artist First Program which will animate and
enliven the Downtown and neighbourhoods with transitory artworks and
performances.

This competition is open to artists who live or work in the Capital Regional
District.

Closing Date for submissions of Expressions of Interest is 4:30 p.m.
Victoria Time, Friday, July 6, 2007.
